Where is Classic FM and how do I get there?
Classic FM is broadcast from the heart of London's entertainment district in Leicester Square.

The nearest tube is Leicester Square via the Northern and Piccadilly lines. For a map of the Tube check the Transport for London website.
The nearest mainline station is Charing Cross and is about 5 minutes walk.
Opening hours: Classic FM is open 24 hours, 365 days a year. Our main reception is operational Monday to Friday 10.00am to 6pm. Out of office hours our security team will be happy to assist you with any enquiries when you call in person.
Please note that if you are calling in person to collect a prize you won, you must arrange this in advance with our programming department at all times.

Why has a presenter not replied to my email?
Unfortunately, due to the thousands of emails and music requests received by our presenters, it is not always possible for them to reply to them all. However, specific queries can be submitted via our contact us page. We will then direct your query to the most appropriate person here at Classic FM, who will respond to you as soon as possible.

We want to hear from you if you are unhappy with anything you hear on air or read on our website. We will do our best to resolve any issues for you. If you would like to contact Classic FM to make a complaint please email us. Office hours are open Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:30. We endeavor to answer your queries as soon as possible.
