123sing! on Classic FM, 2011

RULES

1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general terms of service and privacy policy (the “Terms”) (which can be found at http://www.classicfm.co.uk/about-classic-fm/privacy-policy/ apply to the ‘123sing!’ promotion ("the Promotion") which will run from July 29 2011 to midday on 1 November 2011 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Classic FM.

2.    Anyone who enters their details/their events’ details to the Promotion (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and will be bound by them. The Terms are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Promotion:

3.    To join the Promotion go online to http://www.classicfm.co.uk/ and register your 123sing! event’s details, starting from midday on June 29 2011. The Promotion will end at midday on 1 November 2011.

4.    By submitting to the Radio Station site http://www.classicfm.co.uk a video(s) and/or an image(s) for your 123sing! event, you: (i) warrant that you control all copyright and all other rights (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) in and to such video(s) and/or image(s); and (ii) confirm the grant by you to the Radio Station and Global Radio of a worldwide, perpetual, royalty free license in the copyright and all other rights in and to the video(s) and/or image(s) (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) and you waive any moral rights and like rights you have in relation to the video(s) and/or image(s); so that the Radio Station and Global Radio shall be entitled to use the video(s) and/or image(s) in any and all media at no cost to the Radio Station and Global Radio and such use shall not infringe the rights of any third party.
Eligibility:

5.    Those submitting their details/their 123sing! events’ details must be aged 18 years or over.

6.    Multiple submissions are permitted – you can register as many different events as you like.
