If you wish to submit independent material, please send your submission to:

If the video is suitable for broadcast on the channel, we will contact you via email.
We do not return submitted material.
In addition to the specifications laid out below, please could you ensure your submission includes:
- a letter/email of permission from yourself for Classic FM TV to play out your material
- broadcast clearance letter or proof of registration with Video Performance Limited (VPL), with whom we have a licensing deal.
Incoming media guidelines:
Format - We accept the following formats (in order of preference): Mini DV/Mini DV CAM/DVD
Labelling - Please ensure all tapes are clearly labelled with:
- the company name
- full details of the piece
- artist Name
- composer
- arranger
- orchestra and conductor (if applicable)
Content - Please ensure the content follows the current prevailing ITV Standards for video and audio
- Preferably 16:9
- Minimum of 20 seconds of VT Clock with unique ID, a title and duration.
- Clock should go to black at minus 3 seconds on the clock and remain at black until the first frame of picture.
- No text to appear on screen once visuals have started.
