Sky 3D TV - On Air Rules

The following rules ("Rules") together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") (which can be found at www.classicfm.com) apply to Sky 3D radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 27th September 2010 to Friday 1st October 2010 ("the Duration"). The "Radio Station" is Classic FM.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

1.    Details of the Competition

1.1    To enter the Competition an Entrant must call 0845 225 85 85 (the “Telephone Line”).  Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates.  The Telephone Line will open and close each day at the times stated by the presenter on air.

1.2    Each morning, the presenter will ask a question.  Entrants must call and register their details and the answer to be in with a chance of winning.
 
1.3    From the correct entries received once the lines are closed, one Entrant will be selected at random and brought to air as the winner.

1.4    Winners must be available to speak to the presenter between the lines closing and 13:00.  If selected winners do not answer the phone when called by Classic FM, another winner will be drawn.

1.5    When called back, if the selected winner then gives an incorrect answer, is unable to accept the prize, or is unavailable for a date sensitive prize, Classic FM reserves the right to draw another winner.

1.6    All matters relating to the selection at random of Entrants and all other matters relating to the Competition will be at the discretion of Global Radio UK Ltd and the Participating Radio Station.

2.    Eligibility

2.1    Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and a resident of the UK. Call's from the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and ROI will be charged but not counted.

2.2    Notwithstanding that a winner has been declared, if Global Radio UK Ltd discovers before the delivery of a prize that for any reason under these Rules or Terms and Conditions the winner should have been ineligible to enter the Competition or the entry should have been declared invalid, Global reserves the right to determine that the winner is disqualified.

2.3    Global Radio UK Ltd and the Participating Radio Stations shall not be responsible for any failure on behalf of an Entrant whose telephone call is not received by Global Radio UK Ltd or the Participating Radio Station.  

2.4    An Entrant must participate in the Competition himself or herself.  In the event that a party other than the Entrant attempts to enter the Competition on behalf of that Entrant (whether disclosed or not), that entry will be forfeited and no Prize will be delivered.

3.    Prize

3.1    The prize is a Sky 3D package which includes:

Sky+HD box,
Sky World and the HD pack free for 12 months
