Violinist Sarah Chang is making a rare UK appearance this week, performing Bruch’s Violin Concerto No.1 with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at the Royal Festival Hall.
We leapt at the chance to talk to the revered Korean-American violinist while she's over in the UK. In this interview Sarah tells us about her days as a child prodigy and how they contrast with her career today, her new approaches to tackling popular works and why she can’t listen to classical music whilst driving.
