It's a weekend of memories for many people. Apart from it being Remembrance Sunday, it's also 20 years since the fall of the Berlin Wall. The Composer Roxanna Panufnik has a new work being premiered this Sunday in Bristol which commemorates her father, who was separated from his Polish homeland by the Wall until the last year of his life.
