In September, we asked Classic FM listeners to vote for their all-time favourite poem. The response was amazing and as a result, we're now able to bring you Classic FM Favourite Poems.
Together with our friends at Hodder Publishing, we compiled a list of our favourite 150 poems and invited Classic FM listeners to vote for their favourite, including the option to nominate any poems not in the list. When we analysed the results, there was one poem which stood higher in the poll than any of the others....however we're not going to spoil the surprise for you.
All will be revealed in our brand new book, and audio CD of the top 100 poems as voted for by you. So, whether you're a fan of the works of Keats , Kipling , Betjeman , Shakespeare , or if you prefer something more contemporary, we've got it covered. There's even a section at the back which has suggested readings for specific events and seasons.
