Top 10 Living Composers

Was it Classic FM's resident composer Goodall, or film soundtrack extraordinaire Williams that scored higher in this year's chart? Find out here!

Karl Jenkins retains the top spot as Classic FM's most loved living composer.  His work 'The Armed Man: A Mass for Peace', held firm in the 2009 Hall of Fame at number 13.

There's a new entry into the chart from Jon Lord who is placed 6th in the top 10 living composers list and also a good nod to the classical world of film scores with places for Hess' Ladies n Lavender, Shore's Lord of the rings and Williams's Schindler's List all making waves in the top 10.
