This week, Alex James will be dedicating the entire programme to the British conductor, Simon Rattle. Alex will be playing some of his greatest recordings, including music from Holst’s Planets with the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, part of Sibelius’ Symphony Number 5 with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, and Simon Rattle conducts the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment for the Overture to Mozart’s Cosi fan Tutte.
